Supporting coordination, learning and advocacy, the "Enabling Organisation" is key to the NYEB's unique model.
An Enabling Organisation is a learning and coordination partner that supports a network to amplify its collective work. The NYEB Enabling Organisation:
Coordinates the community of practice, supporting partners to build a consistent practice for local collaboration and share knowledge
Draws and synthesises lessons from local work to highlight common challenges and opportunities across Australia
Coordinates national NYEB advocacy
Produces thought leadership on key themes relating to youth employment and place-based governance
Melbourne-based non-profit social justice organisation, the Brotherhood of St. Laurence (BSL), is the Enabling Organisation of the NYEB.
