Careers4Youth Eurobodalla
Bringing together employers, local and state government and community services, Careers4Youth is opening up new pathways for young people into Eurobodalla's key local industries.
Located on the far south coast of NSW, Eurobodalla Shire includes holiday destinations like Bateman's bay and Narooma as well as agricultural centre Moruya.
The Eurobodalla CIC was set up in 2022 and is co-coordinated and co-chaired by the Head of Community Services at Campbell Page and the Coordinator, Community Development and Youth at Eurobodalla Shire Council.
Based on local insights, the co-lead partners identified aged care as a key sector facing worker shortages.
They shaped the CIC’s membership to support a focused, multi-stage project aimed at creating clear pathways into aged care jobs.
In 2026, the CIC renamed to ‘Careers 4 Youth’ to better communicate their purpose.
